What to do at RRREC Fest in The Valley 2015?
Answer: There are music showcases performed by local and international (specifically from South East Asia and Japan) acts. There are also a variety of programs like workshop and talks with qualified guest speakers or facilitators, whom will share their experiences

Where is the location of RRREC Fest in The Valley 2015?
Answer: In Tanakita Campsite, Mount Gede Pangrango, Sukabumi – West Java

When can I see the program schedules and performances rundown?
Answer: The schedules and rundown is announced at the latest one week before the festival

GETTING INVOLVED

I am interested in participating! Can my band perform in the festival?
Answer: The curators have meticulously chosen the music acts and participants for other programs of the festival internally, in a selection phase at the early stage of the festival planning

FESTIVAL PACKAGE DEALS

What are the differences between Package Deals A, B, and C?
Answer: If you purchase Package Deal A, you will share a tent with other Package Deal A purchasers. If you purchase Package Deal C, you rent one whole tent. Each tent has the capacity to house 4 people. If you purchase Package Deal B, it is the same as purchasing Package Deal A, but your tent is located in the campsite called Pine area, the neighbour of Tanakita area

What is the difference between Pine campsite and Tanakita campsite?
Answer: The location. In Tanakita area, there are tents with facilities for Package Deals A and C. Pine area is located beside Tanakita area, and it is where the tents for Package Deal B are located

How to purchase Package Deals for RRREC Fest in The Valley 2015?
Answer: To purchase a Package Deal, please register first in http://rrrec.ruangrupa.org/2015/registration/. After registration is completed, wait for an email confirmation from info.rrrecfest@gmail.com

I have purchased a Package Deal and received a Reservation Code. What is next?
Answer: Please save your Reservation Code and your proof of payment/digital receipt, and disclose them to get your festival ticket and festival kit

When can I get my ticket and festival kit?
Answer: The schedule for ticket and festival kit pick-up is from 21st to 23rd September 2015, from 1 to 9 PM, at rurushop, Jln. Tebet Timur Dalam Raya No. 6, Jakarta

I can only go to one of the festival days. Is one-day ticket available?
Answer: No. There is no Daily Pass. There are only three Package Deals available to enjoy the festival for three days / two nights

We want to bring our children. Do we have to buy tickets for them?
Answer: Children under 3 years of age do not need tickets, as long as they share beds with their parents. For those bringing children, however, we highly recommend Package Deal C to purchase, for comfort and privacy availability

Can festivalgoers bring their own tents?
Answer: Those purchasing Package Deal B, located in Pine campsite, can definitely bring their own tents. Or you can rent tents for Rp. 160.000,-/person (maximum tent capacity: 4 people). People will have to share these tents. For Package Deals A and C, the tents are included

I cannot make it to the festival all of the sudden. Can I get a refund?
Answer: No. As it is clearly stated in the standard protocol of payment, the ticket reserved/purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged in any circumstances

Is there any discount available for RRREC Fest in The Valley 2015 ticket buyers?
Answer: We are now in the month of September, therefore no more discounts available. In the beginning months we open the registration, there were Early Bird Prices available. But they are no longer available after 17th August 2015

Is transportation cost included in the Package Deals of RRREC Fest in The Valley 2015?
Answer: Transportation cost is not included. Festivalgoers must arrange their own transportations to and from the festival location

HOW TO GET TO TANAKITA

How do I get to Tanakita campsite?
Answer:
By Train (Starting point: Jakarta and/or Bogor)
For those going by train from Jakarta to Sukabumi, first you have to ride the Commuter Line and get off at Bogor Station. Next, take the train from Paledang Station (about 200 metres walking distance from Bogor Station) that goes to Cisaat Station (Sukabumi). Train tickets from Bogor to Sukabumi have to be purchased on-line (ideally, a week before). The train ride from Bogor to Sukabumi takes about 2 hours.
On arrival at Cisaat Station, you can either take an Ojeg (motorbike taxi) or walk about 1 kilometre in the direction of Cisaat Market. Around the market area there are red minibuses. Take one that goes to the gate of Situ Gunung, Gede Pangrango National Park. Tell the driver to stop at Tanakita Camping Ground. It costs +/- Rp. 10.000,-/person.

By Bus (Starting point Jakarta and Bogor)
Take the bus from Kampung Rambutan Terminal, Lebak Bulus Terminal, and Depok Terminal to Bogor Terminal. In front of the bus terminal of Bogor (Baranang Siang) there are public transportations L300 that continuously run for 24 hours to Sukabumi, passing the Cisaat Police Station. Get on one.
Get off at Cisaat Police Station, and continue with the red minibus that goes to the gate of Situ Gunung, Gede Pangrango National Park. Tell the driver to stop at Tanakita Camping Ground. It costs +/- Rp. 10.000,-/person.

By Bus (Starting point Soekarno-Hatta Airport)
Take the DAMRI bus going to Bogor. Get off at Bogor Bus Terminal (Baranang Siang), and continue with L300 public transportation and get off at Cisaat Police Station. Take a red minibus that goes to the gate of Situ Gunung, Gede Pangrango National Park. Tell the driver to stop at Tanakita Camping Ground. It costs +/- Rp. 10.000,-/person.

By Angkot/Minibus (Starting point Bogor)
Take the minibus (number 03, green coloured with blue stripe), the “Baranang Siang – Bubulak” line, and get off at Paledang Station. Take the train to Sukabumi and get off at Cisaat Station. Then, you can either take an Ojeg (motorbike taxi) or walk about 1 kilometre in the direction of Cisaat Market. Around the market area there are red minibuses. By Car (Starting point Jakarta)
For those coming by cars, take the highway (direction: Bogor) and get out from Ciawi toll exit gate. After Ciawi intersection, take the route going to Sukabumi. Right in front of the Cisaat Police Station, you turn left to the direction of the gate of Situ Gunung, Gede Pangrango National Park. Tanakita Camping Ground is about 200 metres from the left side of the gate.

Can festivalgoers bring their own cars?
Answer: Yes, there is a car park area available

FACILITIES

Are all tents completed with matrasses/pillows/sleeping bags?
Answer: Yes, for Package Deals A and C

Do all the tents have electrical plug-ins?
Answer: For Package Deals A and C, electrical plug-ins are available in each tent. For Package Deal B, because the tents are rented or self-owned, electrical plug-ins can be used in a central area

Are meals and beverages included in the Package Deals?
Answer: Yes. Buffet breakfast – lunch – dinner will be served for the festivalgoers during the festival, plus unlimited cups of coffee and tea

Are there any food vendors at the festival location?
Answer: There will be plenty of local food vendors – such as Bakso, Cuanki, and more yummy local munchies – in the festival area

Are there any toilets/bathrooms at the location, and how is the condition of the toilets/bathrooms?
Answer: There are decent toilets and bathrooms in clean condition at numerous locations around the festival area. In Tanakita campsite, there are bathrooms with hot-water shower cubicles for Package Deals A and C

OTHERS

Is there any mobile phone network?
Answer: Yes, but not all of them have strong network
