PAYMENT PLAN

1. Please completely fill out the provided registration form.
2. After completing the registration form, payment via bank transfer can be done by following these next steps:
   • Please make the payment no later than 3×24 hour after you return the registration form.
   • Make sure the amount of payment is identical with the price of your chosen package deal and additional option.
   • Confirm the payment through this link
   • Once you have sent the payment confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email and reservation code from info.rrrecfest@gmail.com.
   • If you do not receive the email confirmation within five (5) working days (i.e. not including holidays or weekends), please check the spam folder, or call our hotline number: (+62) 812-1922-5132, (+62) 812-1922-5124 (Call and sms only).
   • Please keep reservation code as verification when collecting the ticket and festival kit. The pickup dates are 20 September 2019, 11am – 9pm at registration area in Tanakita Five Star Camp.
3. Each ticket is valid for one person and only authentic tickets can be used to gain access to the festival area.
4. Reserved/purchased tickets cannot be exchanged and/or cashed back under any circumstances.

TATA CARA PEMBAYARAN

1. Pembeli mengisi secara lengkap formulir pemesanan tiket yang sudah disediakan.
2. Setelah formulir diisi lengkap, pembayaran dilakukan melalui sistem transfer dengan mengikuti ketentuan sebagai berikut:
   • Segera lakukan pembayaran paling lambat 3×24 jam setelah tanggal mengirim formulir.
   • Pastikan jumlah pembayaran sesuai dengan paket dan opsi tambahan yang sudah dipilih.
   • Lakukan konfirmasi pembayaran melalui tautan ini.
   • Setelah melakukan konfirmasi pembayaran, Anda akan menerima konfirmasi email dan kode reservasi dari info.rrrecfest@gmail.com.
   • Jika Anda tidak menerima email konfirmasi dari kami hingga lima (5) hari kerja (tidak termasuk hari libur atau Minggu), harap periksa juga folder spam. Atau segera hubungi hotline kami di

   • Simpan kode reservasi untuk diperlihatkan saat pengambilan tiket dan festival kit. Waktu pengambilan adalah tanggal 20 September 2019, pukul 11.00- 21.00 di area registrasi di Tanakita Five Star Camp.
3. Tiap tiket berlaku untuk satu orang dan hanya tiket asli yang bisa digunakan untuk memasuki area festival.
4. Tiket yang sudah dipesan/dibeli tidak dapat ditukar dan/ atau diuangkan kembali dengan alasan apapun.
